Have your back ache problem is resolved? Facing the same problem too. For 6mths, woke up with pain in the morning. It will recover slowly in the middle of the day. If i sleep for more than 5-6 hrs, i get this pain.
Been to massage, tui na, and acupunture. Not much of help too. The last acupunture i did, seems to improve slightly.

Massage & massage!! If its due to sleeping position, change it or place a pillow or something soft below your back.. wearing those Ebene tee might help too..

u can try hot patches which watsons sell like tiger balm brand panadol brand or even some plasters like salon pas.. but a cheaper alternative which i do is go to traditional chinese medical shop and buy their koyos!! one pack ten pieces for $5!! u can feel the pulling ants bite tension when you stick the herbal plaster and soon u will be flexible like plastercine lol

This will sound wierd. Try lying down and bringing up your feet. Hence, you will be in a 90 degree position. Hmm... I don't know if I am picturing it rightly to you. But what this position essentially does is that the most bottom part of your backbone gets a chance to rest and does not arcs up like when we are standing up. When it gets to relax, that is when the pain will be gone. Of course it sounds quite impractical to have your leg up 90 degrees. Try placing a few pillows like 3 or 4 then resting the leg on it. This method is scientifically proven too if done properly.

Once in awhile, I also have a back pain. I think it's related to a wong positioning while sleeping. I saw one time in Dr. Oz tv program that it's better to sleep on your right side, with a good pillow supporting the head/neck area and one sandwiched near your knees/legs. To help ease the pain, I put on salompas or hot and cold compress to relieve the pain. If it stays for a long period, better go for consultation. Take care.
