I love nasi lemak too! In fact, I've just eaten it. It is sold at bedok block 43. I can't remember the name of the stall. But one thing for sure is that it taste just great. The sambal is sweet and spicy. Once, you've taste it, you definitely want more. The rice is amazing too. Believe it or not, it still taste good when it's cold. Not too cold i mean. Although I must say that the proportion is not a lot. However, the taste is satisfying. Of course you can ask for more servings if you want. Something that they can improve on is maybe to add more varieties. For instance have a fried chicken. Nowadays, nasi lemak is not just about the fish. There is more to it than that.

In a way, I do like the Nasi Lemak. Just think of it, when you come across this dish. . . you get a strong fragrant smell of coconut that makes your mouth water. A crispy chicken source crunching away in your mouth that oozes of what was marinated before. And of course, a balance of sweet and spiciness of the sauce. Scrumptous! Mind the calories though!

Unfortunately, I am not too sure exactly where this dish is recommended in. I only know one stall in my neighbourhood sells standard Nasi Lemak. Scary thing is sometimes the rice is uberly green and creamy! Guess somebody used too much of some ingredients. ;)
