Honest opinion from me? I think loan sharks are just public pest who only creates disturbance to the safety of our neighbourhood.. "O$P$!".. Pfft.. And to those people who actually know the risk involve but still seek these loan sharks? I would say they act on desperation, in need of fast cash.. Or just plain stupid.. I am sure there are better ways to solve this matter rather then you adding it up.. For one, bank loans.. Sure, there might be interest involve, but hey, it is Safe and Reliable!

Now, definitely, we all have to agree that loan sharks are illegal. I mean, it is illegal. However, does the problem really lies with them or with the people who are borrowing the money. Come on.. There are banks that you can take loans from. They are the legal loansharks if you want to put it in that way. Futhermore, loansharks are entitled back to receive back their money aren't they? It is true that the way in which they do it is wrong. But what other way can anyone suggest them? Any suggestions, anyone? I'm not supporting loansharks in any way but come on, let's look at the root of the problem.

Arresting loan sharks is still not effective if there are still people borrowing money from them. In my opinion, people who borrow from loan sharks thought they can get away from them which is not necessarily true. Those who borrow from loan sharks must also be severely dealt with.

Loan sharks are people who will just take advantage of those who are in need of money. they are so good when you are borrowing as if you are not committed to anything. however, when time comes and you cannot pay the whole amount you borrow, because they know that what they are doing is wrong, they will sabotage your house. they will create lots of annoying things you can not let go wherever you go. so if you are in need of money, better try to find the legal one. do not ever join loan shark or any illegal money loan cause it will cause you more than the money you borrowed.

They need to think before they leap. Once they're in this industry, they will find it extremely difficult to clean their hands already..

Because of high living standards now in Singapore, people need $$ to survive and thus the shortest way to get $$ is to join these syndicates. If they made it, they get the $$. If they fail, tough luck!!

Setting fire to homes in broad daylight? Oh wow that is indeed a very daring thing to do though I wouldn't recommend it myself. To me, loan sharks are just violent money grubbers. Let's be realistic, shall we? These loan sharks loan cash at ridiculously high interest rates and the borrowers are the ones needing cash desperately. Eventually, the debtors are the ones in deep murky waters due to time limit and high interest with loan sharks at their tail.

Just saying, borrow cash from banks instead of loan sharks. If bank don't allow borrowing, they sure will have some valid reasons probably worry that you could not pay back them in time.
