Have you experience requesting payment from Toluna and was rejected due to Multiple account problem? How did Toluna or you fix it?
I have heard that a lot of members here in toluna are having different problems in requesting their payment and one of them is multiple account problem. Although the member does not have any other account, they said that still their payment request were rejected. How will toluna help these people who are very loyal to them and are really working hard to earn?

yes. problem already fix after along period of time. finally i got my reward. excellent surveys and great experience. just be patience.

I think that Toluna should be able to come up with measures to curb this multiple account problem. Members should be duly inform of any supiscion of having multiple account. Anyway how can this happen in the first place?
